Gara works directly from your screenshots, so it covers virtually any sportsbook worldwide, including Bet365, William Hill, Paddy Power, Betfair, DraftKings, FanDuel, Betway, and many more. If your bookmaker shows you a slip, Gara can read it.

Yes. Gara is built as a unified tracker, so you can track bets from as many bookmakers as you use. The bookmaker is auto-detected from each slip and becomes one of your tag dimensions in the Tags Hub.

Any sport, any market, any bet type. Singles, accumulators, system bets — if your bookmaker shows it on a slip, Gara can read it and track it. There's no sport or league whitelist; the AI adapts to whatever you throw at it.

Yes. Photograph the printed receipt and upload it like any other slip. If the receipt is unclear, switch to manual entry and type the details yourself — same result, same history.

The more consistent you are, the more accurate your analytics become. But Gara doesn't penalise gaps — if you skip a week, your existing stats stay valid. Just pick back up when you're ready.

Subscriptions are managed by the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Open your device settings → Subscriptions → Gara → Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the billing period.

Sign in with the same account you used to purchase your subscription and your premium status should restore automatically. If it doesn't, open the paywall screen and tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom.

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google directly. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com or support.google.com/googleplay to file a request. If you run into an issue, email support@garapremium.app and we'll help where we can.

Yes. Gara is GDPR-compliant by design. Bets are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest on Supabase. Slip images aren't kept after Gara is done reading them. We never share or sell data; only you can see your bets, and you can export everything or delete your account in one tap.

Open Profile → Privacy & Security → Export Your Data. You'll receive a CSV file containing all your bets, legs, results, and notes. Open it in any spreadsheet app.

Open Profile → Privacy & Security → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your bets, media, blacklist, profile, avatar, and auth user, all atomically. The action can't be undone, so export your CSV first if you'd like a copy.
